Unlimited on demand support for any and all of the software we sell and support. Phone, Email & Remote support during normal business hours. This covers items such as configuration changes, troubleshooting, basic training. Support is available Monday thru Friday from 8am to 4:30pm (last call). This does not cover new installations, re-installs or onsite support which will be billed separately. If it is determined that support is required due to the negligence of client or a third party vendor then normal hourly billing rates will apply.
